Puckguy14 Posted February 21, 2003 Share Posted February 21, 2003 Guys, the Sharks thirds suck more than the team does right now, so I gave it a new look. It's still black, but added more teal to it. The unique feature is located on the arms. Im not a big fan gradients myself.the current alts by no means are perfect, but a little fine tuning here and there could make a world of difference. Such as making the neckline teal and white rather then black and white, or like I believe creamer said, add striping to the bottom of the jersey. I wanted to play off the angle of the logo, but didn't want to make it a complete stripe combo. I also wanted to keep it black with a hint of teal. But when all you need is to put teal and white tape on a black practice jersey, glue on shoulder logos from the "old" jersey, and cut out the neck from the road jerseys, it just seems unimaginative. I thought I make some designs or try out designs from other teams and see what all you think. #1 Bradleyfan- I do have a lot of time, but my college major is Graphic Design and this was an assignment, and with the luck of the current jerseys I thought I'd throw this out to other Sharks fans. Peppermint- I thought about color changes, but I didn't want to alter the team's logo or colors for the assignment. Still not a big fan of the Philly-style design, but the Isles design could work with a few tweaks. I hate the trim on the back that cuts into the numbers, for example.Nice work.
