tBBP
It's like Walter Payton and Barry Sanders had a child together, and his name was Chris Johnson.Stomps all over the Bills for 100+ yds. rushing and 100+ receiving.Or the guy could simply share the same gene pool as Roger Craig. *Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. || dribbble || Behance ||
STL FANATIC
The hell??In the Packers-Cowboys game, Romo was just sacked for a fumble, Felix Jones dove on the ball appeared to recover it and be down, was then stripped and the ball eventually recovered by the Packers. The Cowboys challenged that Jones had recovered it. The Refs went under the hood for about 3-minutes before they finally came out and said that it was not reviewable. So let me get this straight... in the midst of a fumble, you cannot review whether a player recovered it and was down?WHAT? That doesn't make any sense... JUSTIN STRIEBEL | PORTFOLIO | RESUME | CONTACT

STL FANATIC
Yeah, I heard that. So, it was called correctly in this game (well... the call was bad, not reviewing it was correct), but that's awful. Just awful. Why would they put that stipulation in there? Perhaps they're trying to avoid having to review the outcome of a large scrum for a fumble, but it seems easy enough to rule one of those inconclusive instead of sacrificing plays like this in which it was entirely conclusive. For the record, I couldn't care less about this game. tBBP
Damn that whole challenge situation...the better question is how in the hell have the 'Boys managed to get BLANKED thus far...by a team that just lost to the league's last winless team no less?Guess the real Cowboys have reappeared, huh? *Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. || dribbble || Behance ||
BigMac12
If the play isn't reviewable, then the refs shouldn't take 3 minutes looking at the replay. That's just plain rude.
Saintsfan
How does the review thing work again? The coaches challenge the play or a specific call on the play? If say a coach thinks that a catch is worth challenging, but then under the hood the referees see something else wrong but the catch is ok, can the refs overturn for that? 2011/12 WFL Champions

Saintsfan
One story developing is how quickly the Jets have fallen away this season. Tough trip to Gillette Stadium next up for them. The Bills will be looking for a new coach sometime in January, if y'all wanna get your resumes sorted. 2011/12 WFL Champions

NEW.ERA
A shutout would have been nice but this was a season saver and this loss looks really good on Wade Phillips and Tony Romo. JETS|PACK|JAYS|NUFC|BAMA|BOMBERS|RAPS|ORANJE|
Jigga
I am SO glad I gave up gambling. Yesterday, I would have been willing to bet about a week's salary on the Broncos and Dolphins covering the spread. Easy.Thank God I don't anymore, else I'd be living on the street. Seadragon76
*sigh* Yet another loss to Arizona for the 'Hawks. At this point with Seattle at 3-6, should I consider this a lost season and start preparing for 2010 with the other teams or maybe... just maybe, hope for a miracle of Moses like proportions and see Seattle reach the postseason. Harmening
WHO-DEY. I love this particular version of the Cincinnati Bengals. They play amazing defense, something I would've been shocked if you told me two years ago, and they run the ball down your throat on offense. They burned almost 5 minutes off the clock on their last drive. The defense then turned around and kept Roethlisberger from finding a first down on their last possession. I love it.And it's just now setting in that the Cincinnati Bengals just swept the Pittsburgh Steelers. The last time they did that was 98 so I had forgotten what it felt like. I can't explain how satisfying it is. They're at the top of the division and the next three are Oakland, Cleveland, and Detroit. 10-2 is very likely. I am a little worried that Cedric Benson won't return. He left the game with a hip injury and didn't come back.god, this feels unbelievable. I had this shrinking feeling that one gets from a life of following Cincinnati Bengals football that they would find a way to blow it, and it never happened. It's incredible. Last week after they swept Baltimore I told everyone to take notice. Well, take notice again.WHO-Dey McCarthy! It's funny how, as a Bengals fan, you always wait for that time to come, when everything falls apart. It didn't happen today, and that is such a great feeling. I wanna see this team playing in January. Late January, then early February.

infrared41
I was just looking at The Titans remaining schedule. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see them go 6-1 and climb into playoff contention. They have one game left that I would call a likely loss; on the road at Indy. They play The Cardinals too but that's a home game and let's be honest, any one of a variety of Cardinals teams could show up for that one. Every other game on the rest of their schedule looks winnable. We all knew they weren't as bad as their start. Now let's see if they can keep it together. Stranger things have happened. Hope is alive in Nashville. All roads lead to Dollar General.
