From the same crew that brought you such self-actualized bull :censored: as the Leaders and Legends Divisions, we give you....

the "Heroes Game"

No trophy yet, but at this point I expect it to be a repurposed Land Grant Trophy.

*mental Jim Delany press Conference*

"So for some strange reason neither Michigan State nor Penn State wanted this walnut-paneled piece of :censored: in perpetuity, so it reverted to the Big Ten and we then decided to file off the bowling trophy on top, replace it with an ear of corn, and call it good."

Oy gevalt. Why is that conference so failtacular in its branding? Funny how the Rose Bowl conferences are polar opposites in that regard.

We believe that the people of Iowa and the people of Nebraska are very much alike in many ways.

Bold stance to take, Super Tom Osborne. This distinguishes you from the people who have long said that Iowa and Nebraska are worlds apart. What a dumbass flyover circlejerk.

To be fair, Nebraska-Iowa was pegged as rivalry fodder 5 seconds after Nebraska joined the conference. It's just the branding that's the problem.
