timmy b
This is - amazingly - the 5th different logo for NHL Network in their 10 year history.
YELDARBfield
Pic of the in-game graphics bug for the rare NHLN produced game. This game was likely produced by the IIHF and just carried by NHLN. Most international sports broadcasts are produced by their governing bodies and have the same graphic package across all platforms. That particular scorebug has a very European feel about it and does not really match NHLN's style. IIHF for the World Juniors just uses TSN's (host broadcasters) graphics package I believe with TSN replaced by IIHF. Here is a link to the company that did the new graphics. As you can see the bug matches uphttp://www.studio1group.tv/design__animation-1/insert_graphic_design/album/nhl_event_look?p=

It's a nice change from the constant shininess of everyone else's GFX. Twitter • Facebook • Instagram • LinkedIn • Tumblr

IanPhoenix
The top of the NHL Network website has the logo with "NETWORK" presented to the right in white, the same way the HD and Live logos that were posted earlier look.
jkrdevil
Giving this thread a bump, but it looks like NHL Network is now doing the same thing NBA TV does. Taking the clean feed of a local broadcast and inserting its own in game graphics.
zpqmaowl
"Atlanta Thrashers will be moving to Winnepeg." the worst helmets design to me is the Jacksonville jaguars hamlets from 1995 to 2012 because you can't see the logo vary wall

They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy.
