2013 NCAA Baseball Thread

Recommended Posts

Collegiate Baseball recently revealed the 2013 preseason rankings. Arkansas took the #1 spot, as the SEC accounted for 1/3 of the top 30. The PAC-12 and the ACC also made a strong presence in the rankings.

My Mississippi State Bulldogs (returning SEC tourney champs) are ranked #13 and are looking to have a great year. We have 2 preseason-All Americans and one of the toughest schedules in the SEC.

Good to see Arizona State at 16, and I think they could end up having a great season. I can't wait to start going to games!

There usually isn't much to get excited about with Gopher baseball, but this year the new Siebert Field is opening. It's not the nicest field in the nation, but I will take this over the Metrodome any day of the year. One of the first baseball games I saw was at the Old Siebert Field, so I'm looking forward to seeing the new turf on April 5th.
