It also incorporates all the colors nicely. I think your second concept doesn't do the light blue justice. I think I like the first one better; as someone else said the second one doesn't have enough of the lighter blue. The only thing I don't like about the first one is the crossing of the white and grey stripes, it doesn't look right. You should make them both the same color like Syphi said, or make it so they don't cross.
