Discrim Posted November 1, 2005 Share Posted November 1, 2005 I thought pc woulda posted somethin about this by now...anyways, Carthage College in Kenosha, Wis, has sort of changed its athletic nickname from Redmen to....wait for it.....Red Men read about it hereand for those of you too lazy to do that, here are the new logos:main (the previous main logo was essentially this with indian feathers, and the red and whtie reversed. think Redskins)Red Men wordmarkLady Reds wordmarkI'd make the flame the main logo myself, cus the C logo was boring with the feathers, now it's just bland. I just realized that...at the same time it ended up looking like a bad Cubs ripoff, all that's missing is UBS.the wordmarks coulda been better...first thing I noticed when I saw the new wordmarks (in the paper yesterday) was that the flame's outline is notably thicker than the outline on "Red Men" and "Lady Reds"...makes it look like a hackjob.
