  1. I can answer that on behalf of Nike so they don’t have to… the multi-color jersey is reminiscent of of the SMPTE color bars you see on your television. Like the TV, the timberwolves give “no signal” to opponents. Additionally there is green on the jersey which is inspired by the trees in Minneapolis. White represents “New Beginnings” as we ran out of ideas, but we feel as this is a new beginning for our design team, and hence is reflected in the culture of the Timberwolves. that’ll be $300 before tax, we accept all major credit cards. -Nike
  2. I love seeing other peoples rankings so I’ll chime in with my own. 1. White Sox 2. Miami 3. Kansas City 4. Washington 5. Arizona (must be with tan pants) 6. Milwaukee 7. LA Angels 8. San Diego 9. San Francisco 10. Colorado 11. Houston 12. Cubs 13. Boston 14. Dodgers
  3. Oh true that makes a lot more sense. I always forget about the gold themed jerseys after a championship. I’m not a huge fan of them but i guess it’s a cool tradition. Thankfully it’s just a concept!
  4. So braves are getting city connect now. Interesting… I wonder if they’re going to fit all the clubs in the program this year. I think that was rumored a while ago could be wrong.
  5. Well I guess they have a better chance than the Royals based on that logic.
  6. Hmm I’m thinking the hawks leak could possibly be just an option from the rebrand a few years ago… I know it has ‘22 on them…. Its just that I can’t see them switching so soon!
  7. 1. The "Black Jays" look from 2004-2011 was the best the Jays ever looked 2. This is the best scorebug of all time, and I doubt anything will ever come close again. I'll die on my mid 2000's hill if I have to.
  8. I think it would. From my current understanding they're effectively stripping affiliation from teams not replacing or cancelling them. There are still costs associated with running these teams (stadium, personnel, game day experience etc.), so unless this turns into a GCL type league, I'd imagine cutting player salaries is going to make a difference in MLB's eyes. They wouldn't shake things up to this extent if it wasnt about money.
  9. Dream League = We aren't going to pay you to play. MLB doesnt want to keep losing money in small MiLB markets, but still wants to access to talent.
  10. True baseball fans are already hard to find in the Tampa Bay area.
  11. I don't think a new stadium will fix the rays problem at all. Based on what happend in Miami, I don't believe a new stadium will always solve attendance problems. I feel like a possible market other than Montreal on the upswing currently would be Sacramento; nice metro area, only the kings to compete with, and a stadium that could be expanded to MLB standards if needed. However i view this as an alternate option to the A's stadium fiasco, because 3 NorCal teams might be pushing it.
  12. I guess ill update mine as well now. MLB: Toronto Blue Jays: Had season tickets or flex pack (whatever they are called nowadays) since 2010, die hard fan, but reallllllllyyyyyy annoyed with all these bandwagoners Los Angeles Angels: when i was 13 or so and the blue jays were absolute trash, i decided i needed a "winning team". Chose Vlad and the Angels (hence namesake), been a fan ever since. Milwaukee Brewers: Scouted me in high school, and was invited to a few of their summer camps for high schoolers. Special place in my heart. <3 NBA: Boston Celtics: For some reason i hate the raptors. Have lots of Family in boston. NFL: Not really sure. Slowly drifting to the local Buffalo Bills as of 1/27/17
