  1. Unpopular opinion (likely by a long shot), but this was such a fantastic uniform to build from
  2. This thread feels a little unhinged
  3. Whose Line Jersey is it Anyway?
  4. On today’s episode of “Oddly Specific Sports Stats”
  5. Also, I interpret the Commanders number and sleeve texturing as a more visually abrasive faux-mesh and it’s more in line with Maryland’s previous white throwbacks in terms of patterning
  6. I don’t know, copying and pasting the sleeves from the burgundy jersey isn’t that bad of an idea
  7. I don’t know how many times this has to be said, but Snyder wasn’t directly responsible for the new uniforms. It was his wife, Tanya who was “heavily involved with the uniform design”.
  8. I’ve seen the two main jerseys side by side. Like you, I’ll get heat for saying this, but I preferred the white over the burgundy. Don’t get me wrong, the burgundy is okay, but the gigantic “COMMANDERS” and ridiculous stencil number font are a distraction.
  9. Commanders are holding a poll for the new mascot theme and it’s… embarrassing
  10. Allowing for alternates in the preseason that count towards the seasonal allowance for said alternates is, objectively, stupid.
  11. It makes sense for teams to only release a home uniform schedule and not a full season uniform schedule
  12. Anyone else remember the Louisville uniforms with the awkward forward facing shoulder numbers?
  13. They could’ve had it out for Kent State, but didn’t do anything. Colors match up. Doubt they’ll do anything to St Francis
  14. The red one and the yellow one aren’t all that bad really. The rest can be burned in a dumpster.
  15. I like this version that was only used in preseason in 2016
  16. As nice as the red helmet is, wouldn’t Allen be breaking some type of player safety rule by using an unauthorized second helmet?
