Yellow is not gold. No where in that link does it state that gold was added to any part of their kit. Maybe Gold was added in 1982 to proudly display their 3 World Cups? Still think the gold isn't needed and just makes the logo look awkward having way to many colours.

If you're going to argue about it at least acknowledge that Gold wasn't on there for decades more and that it doesn't accentuate the Colour Blue one iota. Pop?
