What exactly is the appeal of BFBS to people who like it? Why do so many fans go nuts for all-black uniforms??

Not really, but what I meant is that it seemed to have a chokehold on sports aesthetics in the early to mid 2000’s (black Royals, A’s and Jays come to mind), then it sort of faded for a little bit. It never went away but it didn’t seem to be so much in the zeitgeist. Now with the 2nd helmet nonsense we have at least four teams (Commies, Eagles, Panthers, and Jets, can’t remember if I’m forgetting anyone) that have released all-black looks and only one of them (Eagles) has any sort of loose right to be able to use black. It’s back, baby, and this time it seems like it’s taking over the NFL instead of MLB.
The Panthers wearing all-black makes more sense than any of them. It doesn't look good, but it makes more sense.

At least they correctly put 90s Years instead of "90th Anniversary"

The Colts moving to Indy for just a couple years then going right back to Baltimore doesn't make much sense. I can't see something like that ever happening in the NFL

Is this even a debate now? Ken Anderson is definitely getting in after Canton lowered the bar/opened the flood gates in 2020.

I think Edmonton should stick with the royal because it's the best look they've ever had. Has nothing to do with how successful they were in Gretzky era

The big eagle would be a great secondary logo. Alternate logos are pretty underused in the NFL and it's a shame because they can really add to a uniform

You don't think that changes if Billy Beane does one of his semi-miraculous turnarounds where he finds 9 guys you've never heard of and turns them into contenders?
I don't think another first round exit is going to fill a stadium, no

I have to revise my stance that the DH is the stupidest rule in baseball, because it's been supplanted by something even worse: the automatic intentional walk. I'm not sure how, in the incessant quest to Improve the Pace of Play, saving 30 seconds of IBB sounded like a good idea, but giving the pitching team the authority to order the batter to go to 1st base makes no sense at all. Why does the batter have to do what the opposing team's manager tells him to? Why doesn't the pitcher have to pitch? It's preposterous!
This change saved baseball for a new generation and brought in over 5 bajillion new fans, please understand

But they have 7 QMJHL championships so I don't know what is going on with the stars
The big star represents that one too since it's the same year as the Memorial Cup win

Because every league is looking to move there. One them isn't going to work out, and it isn't gonna be the NBA or NFL.
This doesn't answer my question at all because it just comes off as you being annoyed that there's a successful hockey team in Las Vegas

As an Isles fan living in Colorado, it's pretty damn beautiful seeing the Tampa "dynasty" come to an end.
They could still win the Cup next year, don't let your guard down yet

Why do people dislike Las Vegas so much when it comes to sports?

The Raiders looked like this before they switched to the black and silver in 1963

Was hoping the winner would continue the almost-tradition of having the team around the Cup during the presentation like Tampa did the last two years
