  1. I'll post some side-by-side examples later, but the official Pantone values for the Navy and Red did NOT change for the Twins. However, the RGB, CMYK, Textiles, and threads all DID change. I've been needing to update my site, but you won't see a difference there.

  3. Yep. First Cardinals helmet in the facemask era that wasn't Gray.
  4. I've been a Cardinals fan since I was 6 years old. Same summer as the APOLLO 11 MOON LANDING. 53 years and counting. I like them a lot. FWIW.
  5. Anyone else seen the Cardinals' alt helmet?
  6. Really late seeing this...you looking for something like these?:
  7. In case you're wondering, here's the version they will use when/if the Commanders get into the playoffs: Don't know why they don't use the Gold 'W' on Burgundy for this.
  8. All of the logos are up there as SVGs

  10. Don't rule out Navy (or "Heritage" as they call it)...they've hinted at using that as an alt color since unveiling the current set
  11. By far my least favorite uniforms in my 53 years of being a Cardinals fan. I hated those SO very much.
  12. OT: All the Hex references here are making my head hurt. The "source of truth" when it comes to colors, are the Pantone values. RGB/Hex and CMYK values are just simulations of the Pantone colors. They can change and/or diverge based on a lot of variables, including color profiles, color spaces, CIE-Lab measurements, etc. Personally, I've been getting a lot of questions about hex values lately which I find a bit odd. As soon as Pantone comes out with a new guide that uses a different paper stock, all of the RGB/hex and CMYK values are going to change. Still, these are a good way to approximate colors, but they aren't the end all.
  13. No helmet stripes on those Salute to Service helmets however...I'm wondering if these are legit.
  14. Long-time members of this board will remember the game we used to play - "Fun with Pantone Textile colors"...I would post the color descriptions of the official colors of a team, and you all would try to guess which franchise they belonged to. These are the official PANTONE Textile values for the Commanders:
  15. I've been wondering if they're updating the roundel with the correct seasons...would affect all the rest of the missing graphics.
  16. I'm hearing from the Cardinals message board I'm on that the Cardinals are indeed getting new alt helmets - supposedly being delivered this Wednesday to the Cards' HQ. What I've been able to put together, is that they *might* be Black, with Red facemasks. To be used with the Color Rush and Black alt jerseys.
  17. Well...unfortunately, the NFL did NOT update the official Pantone Textile color when Nike updated the pant color. So, it COULD be that color now; who knows? Nike changed it to something else, and Nike fabric colors aren't provided (for some unexplained reason) in the official color specs. Still listed as "Silver-Green".
  18. I'm about 99% sure the Burgundy and Gold aren't changing. Don't have the official specs yet however. The Black though - that's just what I use to represent a digital version of Black. NFL teams primarily designate Process Black C as their Black (well, everyone except Carolina, who uses Black 6 C). Using PANTONE Process Black or PANTONE Black in their digital forms just look wrong and washed-out when used in RGB. My usage of digital Black (or RGB Black) works since the RGB values (R1 G1 B1) mathematically convert to Process Black for four-color printing (C0 M0 Y0 K100).
