  1. Ever since then, NESN & MLB Network redid their bottom lines which now resemble ESPN's. So methinks that style of bottomline is here to stay.
  2. Lucky 13 for Seattle. This team will make the playoffs I am calling it right here right now.
  3. Heard rumors of Spida getting traded to the Knicks. We will see if it happens. I hope our teams get better soon. Edit: heh Kimball beat me to the spida rumors
  4. For anyone watching the UFC Fight Night prelims on ESPN and main card on ABC, the broadcast team is wearing gold jackets with the ABC Sports logo of the late 60s and early 70s.

  6. I do thank the A's for beating the Astros tonight
  7. 1 streak ends. The Orioles lose to the Rays. Another continues. Mariners get 12 in a row with a win over the Rangers in Arlington. Kershaw flirted with a perfecto.
  8. Let's not even get started on how poorly advertised HRDX was. And do we even need it? The real Home Run Derby is fun. This X crap is wack.
  9. Yeah... The more I see those Jazz jerseys the more I think they are bland, wack, and leave much to be desired.
  10. Daaaaaamnnnnnn. Astros should use this pronto
  11. Yankees and Dodgers want Luis Castillo https://nypost.com/2022/07/14/yankees-dodgers-early-favorites-for-reds-luis-castillo/ He got filthy stuff as we Yankees fans witnessed. I would love him on the team.

  14. Well just do it. Put me on ignore lol. I take it you are not from the wrong side of the tracks. Where people just actually do it rather than talk about it.
  15. Looks like something WWE would have designed for John Cena in 2004.
  16. It is not true guys, but it is interesting that they high tailed out of town during the 50s when the Yankees were owning MLB for the last 30+ years. Jeez. It would be interesting if they had stuck around for another decade while the Yankees had their lean CBS years.
  17. The NFL kept their teams from joining the GGFL. MLB.... was not so lucky. MLB faces a takeover bid whcih they fend off. But the man behind the takeover, an Englishman named Malcolm Cash*, create the Premier League of Baseball, and successfully lures the Yankees, Mets, Red Sox, Braves, Cubs, White Sox, Cardinals, Dodgers, Angels, Astros and Giants. In response, the MLB tries to sue and lose. So they call up minor league teams of those clubs to MLB and replace the defecting teams. 18. Go Athletics and Royals! I want to see the struggling Oakland Athletics and small market Kansas City Royals get success. I still believe!
  19. Yankees dominance helped run the Giants and Dodgers out of town too, along with MLB wanting teams in fast growing California
  20. Only old boomers and silent generation in NYC are still Dodgers fans
