Not sure this proves anything re: intent to "run" Szabados. MASSIVE overreaction by the Snakes if this was the only thing to cause Simchuk's actions. It was a dirty as hell hit and the suspension was well deserved. Though I'm getting a bit of PTSD from Chase Utley's slide in the NLDS a couple months ago...
