Remove the EST 2020. It's oddly placed on the logo.

I also feel that too many colors are being used. I would remove the red and stick with the blue, yellow, and black.

I think this looks a lot better, thanks. Changed the eyes a bit as well.

You have a very good start here.  I would get rid of the yellow strokes on the fonts, on the inner part of the penguin as well as the white outline & stroke on the beak.  I would also reduce the size of the penguin to give the text some breathing room (looks very crowded as is) which will also allow you to enlarge & kern it so there is not so much negative space on the left & right sides of your roundel.  The line weight on that thin stroke around the penguin should also be a little closer in weight to the outer ones if possible or removed.  Last I would get rid of either black or blue & just make it a 3 color logo. Many times less is more, this should simplify your logo & give it a cleaner look. Reduce the size of your logo & check how much of the details you have now can still be seen. Good luck, look forward to seeing your revised version.

I think a frontal logo of a penguin is unique. I'm not sure I've seen an attempt at it? So this has potential.

I'm not sure any penguin has this coloring around the eyes: https://www.aquarium.co.za/blog/entry/26-types-of-penguin-the-cutest-list-on-the-internet. The closest is a chinstrap penguin, and obviously you've not included a chinstrap.

So I would encourage you to model it more after a real penguin. You can still take some liberties of course. But if you want yellow to be a prominent part of your color scheme, a king penguin would make perfect sense. And I think this would help you with the facial features. Right now, the black edges are rounded at all points. But of course the beak is pointed... and this makes the beak look like a floating piece of clip art. The coloring of a penguin would certainly be integrated with the beak. The tweak you made to the eyes was a great first step toward making a realistic, semi-mean looking penguin. Now I would work on making things a little more realistic and integrated together.

Updated the circle logo again, made all edges sharp & changed the eyes a bit again.
