It definitely looks better without the blue background.I'm no expert, but something about the colors does make it hard to read. There's not really much to say, nothing to improve on. You took one team's logo and put another team's colours on it. There's not much critique you can really give--either it looks good or doesn't, and none of that reflects on you whatsoever. Sorry. Buy some t-shirts and stuff at KJ Shop!
