If the BCS coaches all drop Utah out of the top 25, it could do enough to move Utah down, maybe all the way to thirteenth (where they cannot get a BCS bowl.) The coaches are bound by the BCS to vote for the winner of the BCS championship game. Even though some chose not to do that last year, the winner of the BCS championship game will always be the coaches poll champion. You could only have 2 champions in a given year. The Championship game (in this case, the FedEx Orange) guarantees a $17 million payout for each team.
