mac
When watching the boise state court today I became inspired to make some like that myself. First I did a Charlotte Bobcats, and THen did the bulls. What do you think of these? How would you feel if a lot of universities and NBA teams started to use a court like this? Alphabet Man
a bit too messy but if you can distinguish the lines then it is good idea but if yuo can't then it is a no-no (like Dandenong 6)out of the two that you posted i like the Bulls, more symetrical twitter.com/thebrainofMatt

ROCHitman
Keep in mind two things....1. A jump circle MUST BE on the court.2. The half court line must run uninterupted through any logos that are over half court. NEW NCAA RULE Owner of Kalamazoo Tech Kobras (Nat'l College Fant. Assc. officeglenn
I dunno... I like Boise State's court 'cause the logo fits so well within the three-point line... Anywhere else, it might not work so hot.

iowahoo
is that real or did you do that? Not real, a buddy of mine created it ala the BSU court on BG board when we were discussing changing the Bowling Green court to reflect the new word marks introduced earlier this year. Here is my design:(Our coach is a Bob Knight disciple so he likes it a little less flashy. . . therocheapproach
As a Boise State student/sports columist/logo designer I love how my school has inspired the "out there" concepts for decades. Many of which, at the time, were mocked by the sports community, but now we have been copied by many universities and professional teams. Back in the early eighties we became the first school to ever paint the space between the key and the three point arch. And now, the logo court pushes the edge even more. During the tourney games, all the players and fans that came to Boise wanted nothing more than to see the blue turf in person. GO BOISE STATE. Yac12
One of the best courts was Virginia when at half court they had Thomas Jefferson's home at center court. Now they have the V with the cross swords.

Agreed...Loved how they had Monticello and Jefferson's signature underneath it...Another one that's pretty wild is the court at West Virginia Coliseum for the Mountaineers...how they have the basketball painted in inside of the 3-point arc (albeit the seams are kinda light, but still noticeable)...EDIT: I got Jefferson's home confused with Andy Jackson's...yep, that BA in History I have is REALLY paying off....
