E5?......what is that supposed to mean?

It means that an error has been committed by the third baseman. In a baseball scorecard, if an error has been charged to the third baseman, it would go down as "E5". Each position is designated a number in a scorecard:

Pitcher: 1

Catcher: 2

1st Baseman: 3

2nd Baseman: 4

3rd Baseman: 5

Shortstop: 6

Left Fielder: 7

Centerfielder: 8

Right Fielder: 9

That also explains the meaning of a 6-4-3 double play.
