quantum
TCR, that is hilarious. Could you see an organization celebrating the dismal look of a Wisconsin winter? I was gonna say, If theres ANOTHER Navy and Light Blue team in the NBA ill burn all my NBA gear and refuse to work any more NBA games. DrBear
If they wanted to do a Wisconsin winter theme, light and dark grey would have sufficed.Or maybe white unis with white lettering, stripes and numbers. In fact, here's an illustration, against a white background:Thank you. The_Admiral
Any person on this board could re-color the Bucks better than that... ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫
The_Admiral
The Celtics will now be wearing Boston Celtics Navy Blue and Boston Celtics Cool Blue. Boston Celtics Navy Blue signifies the rich naval history of Boston, and Boston Celtics Cool Blue represents that Boston is a cool place to live. We think these dynamically rebranded Celtics jerseys will be a huge success. ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫
bricknivy
They have nice unifroms. A simple flip from purple to green would do a lot of good. We tried to add an alternate green when I ran the NBA Creative Services group and Ernie Grunfeld was the GM. It had the Milwaukee Brewers 1982 scrip on green jersey. Very sweet looking! But as most things that should be changed at the NBA, this one got sidetracked, Ernie left and now they are finally considering a change. Reebok desingers will be doing it so it will be pretty boring...aka new Indiana Pacers snoozzz.... Gameplan | A Strategy for Achieving an Objective. The_Admiral
If it's anything like the terribly drab Jazz and Magic, I'll be really upset. rmackman
I just think they can make a green version of what they have on their road jerseys and it'd be okay, but I'm curious to see what they do. Mike Felder
As long as GREEN is the primary color again, I'll be happy. I'm not a big fan of all the purple. The blue on blue logo made me laugh. A real "Milwaukee winter" logo would just be all gray.

AAO
looks like the utah jazz to me just to clear things up, this was a joke--i.e. not real--i.e. tcr was making fun of how the nba is turning dark blue and light blue. and actually I think the Magic's update looks good. Sans the standard unis theyve got with such a nice logo. Behance Network || ianbakar.com || Dribbble

It had the Milwaukee Brewers 1982 scrip on green jersey. Very sweet looking! Did I read this right? You ran the NBA Creative Services Group? Swweet! And I think McFarlane Toys had the green alt jersey you're talking about on one of their figures... Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half. AAO
navy, gold grey and light blue? no, never. the last thing we need in the nba is more navy, let alone light blue. How about some dark green and metallic gold, and red. Or dark green and a burnt orange/brown similar to the actual color of a deer. AAO
we've got the nuggets, grizzlies, jazz, and pacers with either a dark blue/gold or dark blue/light blue combination. and with the recent influx of those colors in the NBA, another team with that combo will make the league look bad and repetitive.
