I like where you're going with the overall design of the jersey, it looks very "collegiate". Simple striping, contrasting shoulder yokes, and sloped wordmark. That being said, I think your striping could be proportioned a bit better (look at actual jersey designs for precedents), the sleeve striping could be moved up a bit, the sloped wordmark should be moved up (to make it more centered) and the overall execution needs cleaning up.

Nice job for a first effort.

There needs to be a tiger on there somewhere. Other than that, solid.

Kudos to you for not using MIZZOU. I hate that word.

It might alter the "collegiate feel" that Moser was alluding to (which I agree with for what it's worth), but you could try a band of tiger stripes like the Cincinnati Bengals use on the sleeves of their jerseys somewhere on the sleeves. It would allow you to have a tiger element as BJ Sands mentioned without overly altering the design you have. You could put it on top of the numbers or down by the sleeve cuffs.

One design criticism: I would still move the numbers up on the sleeve a little closer to the shoulders. Yours look down past the elbow, which is a little low.

Looks good otherwise!

In order for the Mets' run of 12 losses in 17 games to mean something, the Phillies still had to win 13 of 17.
