Fred T. Jane
I think you can add ...SMU... to that list. You can't destroy what ain't there already. [Croatia National Team Manager Slavan] Bilic then went on to explain how Croatia's success can partially be put down to his progressive man-management techniques. "Sometimes I lie in the bed with my players. I go to the room of Vedran Corluka and Luka Modric when I see they have a problem and I lie in bed with them and we talk for 10 minutes." Maybe Capello could try getting through to his players this way too? Although how far he'd get with Joe Cole jumping up and down on the mattress and Rooney demanding to be read his favourite page from The Very Hungry Caterpillar is open to question. --The Guardian's Fiver, 08 September 2008 Attention: In order to obtain maximum enjoyment from your stay at the CCSLC, the reader is advised that the above post may contain large amounts of sarcasm, dry humour, or statements which should not be taken in any true sort of seriousness. Camden Crazy
You can also add Marshall to the schools that Nike hasn't ruined.
leedsunited
To stand up for Nike (amazingly), here's the Nike schools that they haven't touched or destroyed.LSUOhio StateMichigan StateMichigan (the away jersey can be argued)USCAlabamaOklahomaTexasTexas A&MFlorida StateFloridaOle MissKansas StateGeorgiaNorth CarolinaPenn StateVanderbiltColoradoWake ForestBYU (as previously mentioned)IowaIowa StateArizona StateWashingtonRutgersTCUMinnesotaWisconsinTexas TechBaylorSchools they destroyedIllinoisMissouriMiamiVirginia TechClemsonKentuckyOregonSo yeah, for the glaring problems they have, at least they didn't mess up the schools I mentioned. To be honest, Michigan State and Colorado HAVE been ruined by Nike piping ,swooshing and ridiculous fonting.
Mingjai
Alright, for those of you who were wondering (basically only me), it looks like BYU's uniforms are staying the same this year and those Photoshopped Nike replicas are a red herring. I had suspected no change after looking at media day photos and this was confirmed by the game tonight. That means another year of those hideous electrician's tape numbers. MJD802
It also looks like Arizona is wearing their new pants instead of the old pants/new jersey combo that someone had mentioned previously on here.
LMU
I just wish that BYU would have at least used the current logo and color scheme instead of going completely throwback. Shame that they essentially threw a perfectly-good identity package to the wayside.
quantum
I think it's funny that everyone attacks Nike for bad design, thinking that the schools themselves have no say in it. Yes, Nike is behind the designs, but the schools keep greenlighting these proposed sets. "One of my concerns is shysters show up and take advantage of people's good will and generosity". McCall
Schools they destroyedIllinoisMissouriMiamiVirginia TechClemsonKentuckyOregon Actually, I think Oregon is beyond destroyed. They should be in a whole other catergory by themselves labeled, "Reason Nike Should No Longer Be in Existence", or "Crime against Humanity" https://dribbble.com/MakaioCall
