rebelx
Yep, this is clearly another travesty committed by Isiah. James Dolan might be willing to spend a lot to win, but that doesn't mean his GM should be. The job of a GM is to make prudent moves and develop team chemistry, not just pull a "Brian Cashman" and throw lots of money at big names (or in this case, a defensive role player who doesn't deserve nearly that much). DG_ThenNowForever
Well Isiah must really like him, he gave Jeffries Allan Houston's number: Wow. That's terrible. Shame of Jeffries for even accepting it.Granted, it's not like Allan Houston is one of the best basketball players ever, but he certainly played a pivotal role in the great Knicks-Heat rivalry. And until that terrible billion dollar contract, he was one of the best-loved New York players.Oh how sad. 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags

NJTank
I saw this line in Sports Guys latest column 33 things to make sports better http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story...=simmons/0608095) The Knicks extend Isiah's deal through 2015 by explaining, "This had nothing to do with winning or losing. We had to do it for comedy's sake." www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
