Diamondbacks uniform history website

A topic that has been discussed numerous times here, I have finally gotten around to uploading my attempt to chronicle the uniform history of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

http://dbacks.freehostia.com/

There is still a lot more research that needs to be done, but I feel I am at a point where I can call it "close enough," though I doubt it will ever be completely finished. If I ever had the time or motivation, I would love to keep a list of the uniform combos worn in each game, but 162 games a year for 10 years is a bit much. Let me know what you guys think, if there is anything that needs to be fixed, or just general comments. Thanks!

Haven't been through the whole thing yet, but one thing to keep in mind - the original D-Backs' home unis (through 2006) were Cream, not White. And the caps they wore were also Cream:

There is info there under the jerseys page, but I used the term "white" just for ease and tradition of calling them "home whites."

Nice site with good pix and info. Sad that a team that's been around 11 seasons has so many uniforms to document, but my Astros are guilty of the same thing.

Nice site. Very informative. Tons of info.

One suggestion, though: I would recommend adding the navigation to the bottom of the page as well (at least for the year-by-year bit). It's a bit of a pain to have to scroll back up to the top to go to the next page. Or better yet, include a "back" and "next" to scroll through the pages.

Cheers!

I miss arizona's great jerseys that they wore back in 2001...

Their red jerseys and red, black, and gold look just don't give them that signature look that they once had...

Those Arizona jerseys in black back in the day were some of the best in baseball. They had a southwestern feel with the sleeves and great font and different colors. Those were the days...

High Quality Entertainment for the masses.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I just added a bunch more info with detailed game-by-game breakdowns, now from 2002-2008. There are still some holes, but I have every game from 2005-on. The info from before 2002 is too spotty, so I haven't posted those yet. This is now more like the original idea I had all along for the site, but it will take quite a bit more research to be fully complete.

Nice job on the website.

This reminds me of an issue I've been meaning to address ...

I bought thru MLB.com an authentic Cool Base jersey in home white, customized w/ Justin Upton's name and number. The jersey features the 10th Anniversary logo on the right sleeve. But the patch on the left sleeve is the 2007 version of the "db" logo, not the one updated for 2008.

The "db" patch is nicely stitched on w/ a precise pattern that lookls like this: /\/\/\/\/\/\/\ . It does not appear to be ironed on or affixed w/ adhesive. I'm pretty sure the patch could be removed w/o damaging the jersey.

I went to the teamshop at the ballpark to see if they could exchange the jersey or replace the logo, but they say they do not carry the Cool Base jerseys and could not help me. They did have for sale the 2008 version of the "db" logo patch, which I purchased.

Being a stickler for authenticity, I have yet to wear the jersey on account of this discrepancy. I would like to find someone who can remove the 2007 "db" patch and replace it w/ the 2008 "db" patch. I would greatly prefer if the 2008 "db" patch could be stitched onto the jersey w/ the same stitching pattern w/ which the 2007 "db" patch was applied.

Anyone know of a company that will do this job to MLB specifications? For the $200 or so I've spent already, I don't want a half-assed jersey. I want the real thing.

Your recommendations are appreciated. Thanks.
