CrookedThumb Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 When we hired Bruce Allen as our general manager, I was a bit skeptical about his abilities seeing how we used to have Rich McKay. Then we signed Derrick Deese and Charlie Garner, and I was happy we hired him. Now I am downright pissed-off! Why Bruce, why?!nfl.com
waggie Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 any guesses as to where he'll end up? ...Vikings?... yeah right. @josh_j12 CFA- Fargo Bobcats
CrookedThumb Posted March 11, 2004 Author Posted March 11, 2004 Falcons. No! No NFC South team for John!

waggie Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 i heard a RUMOR, emphasis on RUMOR, that he might retire now, signing a one-day contract to retire with the Bucs.... but he isn't that old is he, he's still got some good in him, although he did come off a major injury, guess we'll see... @josh_j12 CFA- Fargo Bobcats

NJTank Posted March 12, 2004 Posted March 12, 2004 I found this move shoking Im guessing teh Bucs are gping for a retool or something, becuase Lynch is the anchor of taht great defense. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
Phil Posted March 12, 2004 Posted March 12, 2004 Is Warren Sapp gone for sure? How will the Bucs defense respond to losing at least two Pro Bowlers who are still in the primes of their respective careers?
hrivnak Posted March 12, 2004 Posted March 12, 2004 Falcons. Here is hoping you are right! I'm not really sure about that. I mean, I like Lynch, but do we really need an old safety? We (I'm using the royal "we" to mean the Falcons, since I'm a fan) have some good younger safeties. Our problem is at CB. Though it does make sense that McKay might go after him. Well, as long as it's only a short contract. Just to stick it to the Bucs...
NJTank Posted March 12, 2004 Posted March 12, 2004 It looks like Sapp is being pushed out too. I think its less then 50-50 he will be back at this point. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
