zoneranger Posted March 21, 2004 Posted March 21, 2004 A two part question....1. Whozis Bull? (Easy question)2. This picture was not digitally altered, so what's wrong with this picture? (harder question)
Brass Posted March 21, 2004 Posted March 21, 2004 1. Michael Jordan2. The Number is wrong; it's suppossed to be #23 not #12. On 4/10/2017 at 3:05 PM, Rollins Man said: what the hell is ccslc?
CC97 Posted March 21, 2004 Posted March 21, 2004 He had to wear #12 for a game once I remember, I forget why, something wrong with his 23 jersey and he had to switch.Someone must know the story. --- Chris Creamer Founder/Editor, SportsLogos.Net "The Mothership" • News • Facebook • X/Twitter • Instagram
Nate15 Posted March 21, 2004 Posted March 21, 2004 I think I heard somewhere that it was stolen, so he wore 12.
Clarkey Posted March 21, 2004 Posted March 21, 2004 I think his jerseys were stollen while on a multi-game road trip and they didn't have a replacement #23 reaily available. I don't know anything other than that, I just know that it was before retirement #1.
sc49erfan15 Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 Yeah, he wore #12 because his #23 jerseys were stolen. It didn't have his name on the back, either.
NJTank Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 Are you Al Jaffe they just asked a question on Dream JOb what 3 numbers did Jordan wear and number 12 was one of them. And if you are Al Jaffe get me a job in Bristol please www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com

zoneranger Posted March 23, 2004 Author Posted March 23, 2004 Trivia within trivia...I love it!! Well, you've probably pieced the story together by now. Back on February 14, 1989 while playing Orlando, Jordan's jersey was stolen and he wore the number 12. Didn't seem to matter much...he scored 49 points!
CC97 Posted March 23, 2004 Posted March 23, 2004 so did the jersey say JORDAN on the back, or nothing? --- Chris Creamer Founder/Editor, SportsLogos.Net "The Mothership" • News • Facebook • X/Twitter • Instagram
