I rarely see Florida abbreviated as "UF". Whenever I hear about them it's usually "Florida", "The Gators", or "University of Florida". I think everything else looks fantastic, though. Just a plain F might be too boring, but who knows? I am one who likes the orange helmet better, but I think in this instance the white works well.
