charger77
here is another version... tried to match the angle of the barrel and incorporate it more under the dog's chinThat would be a great shoulder logo on an alternate or a main crest logo for a new team. They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy. mcrosby
I like it, but I think his chin should cover the barrel some more. I'd like to see a version without the tongue too. https://twitter.com/OutOfThisWC
The Impaler
Adding the fur over the barrel made a HUGE difference, very much improved!Do think the angle on the barrel is still a little off compared to the eyes

mcrosby
I think I like it better with the tongue. After looking at some pictures of St. Bernards I think you need to make him a bit more 'fluffy' and 'droopy'....typically not something you look for in a logo, but in this case they're identifying features. Look at the fluff and sag on this guy- https://twitter.com/OutOfThisWC
KCScout76
Your second 'dog' logo is much better. I do like the tongue hanging out, the earlier version, I believe the tongue was too long. Well done, I also like the C on the barrel. mcrosby
starting to look a bit more saggy now-I like it. I still think some 'sag' around the eyes. St. Bernards have that real heavy looking brow that come down over the eye almost. Right now, to me, it looks like a great generic dog logo, great. But it doesn't quite say St. Bernard. https://twitter.com/OutOfThisWC

mcrosby
If you want to avoid the sad look then you might as well go for the crazed look. CujoJust kidding of course, I'm not quite sure how to get that look without ending up looking sad. Best of luck I guess.
