The nosebleeders are selling for a minimum of $1,300 right now.Those $1,300 nosebleeders are on the secondary market. The trick is to find somebody you know with tickets (season ticket holder/alumni contributor) or ticket connections (elected officials, business connections) and get them for face value, which is still $300-$350 each.I'm gonna try to go. I went in 2004, but missed 2008. Like my friends and I say... "hmmm, LSU gets to the National Championship Game every 4th year when it's held in the Superdome? I could live with that...." I may not like the matchup, but with the National Championship on the line, I would expect both teams to go all out to prove that the 9-6 slugfest in Tuscaloosa was the appetizer to the Main Course.I also have a bit more interest in the Alamo and Pinstripe bowls this season since Washington and Iowa State are in those games respectively. Seeing two bad teams isn't worth the cost to get to the game in San Francisco.I've gone to the Emerald/Fight Hunger Bowl for the last three years, but considering it's UCLA and Illinois, AND both teams just fired their head coaches, I think i'll pass.
