Agreed, the middle one looks great. Only complaint is that the fingers a little far apart. It doesn't look like they would line up naturally with the lower visible part of the hand. That being said I am really glad someone else is doing a hand drawn series. I have mad respect for designers who use Photoshop, Inkscape, Illustrator, etc... but it is definitely refreshing to see concepts done the old fashioned way. Looking forward to the series.

So far so good. Nice clean template with solid logos. Just curious, what do use to colour your drawings?

I used regular RoseArt colored pencils. I had to use different colors to get the right shade of gold. The template will be different for each team, depending on what look I want for each.

For those who want to see the "Starfleet" name used for Frankfurt, I'm not sure if I want to use a spaceship or a planet or a group of stars for a logo. I might use the old Galaxy purple and orange for that club.

In case anybody is interested, I made a few bios of the team captains:

Amsterdam - Sebastian van Dam: Dutch native. Ruthless, plus-sized nose tackle, MMA fighter by trade.

Barcelona ? Diego Quinones: Spanish native, best receiver in heavy traffic.

Birmingham - Johnnie Troutman: WR-TE hybrid, a threat to go all the way.

Frankfurt ? Heinz Reitherman: German native, versatile RB adept at double pass.

Las Vegas ? Tyquan Willis: Hard-hitting safety, hard-partier on the Strip.

London - Trevor Strong: British native, Stoic pocket passer able to wriggle out of potential sacks.

Los Angeles - Josh Francis: Named starting QB at the insistence of the owner?s granddaughter who saw him play a high school jock in a Disney channel original movie.

Mexico City ? Julio Uribe: Mexican native. Most feared ILB in league, stares down quarterbacks every snap.

Montreal ? Chad Chiang: Primarily a blocking tight end (H-back), can jump high for occasional play action pass.

New York - Willie Bynum: Impatient RB, easily angered if Knights decide to throw the ball.

Ohio - Tracy Connors: All around fearsome ILB, leads the league in trash talk.

Orlando ? Judd Larkin: SEC legend at QB, struggling to translate into the pros.

Ottawa - Gaston Duchamp: Undersized defensive back hoping to prove the CFL overlooked him.

Portland ? Kurt Yamaoka: Elusive, stealthy receiver and kick return threat.

San Antonio - Anthony Alexander: Ferrari tank fullback, tears down would be tacklers.

San Jose ? Jared Bernard: The human right thumbstick at RB.

Las Vegas: I'll go with Gamblers since it's been about gambling for years in Vegas. I would go with a gold, red and black color scheme here. Gold like the famous Gold Nugget and red and black are used in the well known casino game of Roulette.

New York: You know what? I want to see a team named the Gargoyles. So, Gargoyles it is. I suggest a purple and black scheme here.

Ohio: Why not bring back the old Glory name from the WLAF. Keep the color scheme as well

Orlando: Different idea here. Since Orlando is home to Disney World and the famed Cinderella Castle is there, why not go with the White Knights? It's a different idea, I know.
