wdm1219inpenna Posted April 6, 2013 Share Posted April 6, 2013 Thanks to this site, I learned a while ago that the A.L. and N.L. logos in baseball contained 1 white star to represent each team in the respective league. The A.L. logo had 12 stars from 1969 - 76, then 14 from 1977 - 2012. The A.L. had 12 from 1969 - 1992, then 14 from 1993 - 1997, then 16 from 1998 - 2012. Now that Houston has moved from the N.L. Central to the A.L. West, will there be, or has MLB already unveiled the updated logos for both the A.L. and N.L. to reflect 15 stars each?
