Some team name suggestions for the ones that haven't been finished:

Columbus Clippers (Play on words with Christopher Columbus, alliteration works)

Delaware Diamonds (Nicknamed the Diamond State, alliteration)

Portland Roses (Rose City)

San Francisco Climbers (Pays homage to the major elevation changes)

Denver Summits (Rocky Mountains)

Las Vegas (something related to casinos, gamblers, slots, etc.)

San Diego Tigers (Old fashioned, San Diego Zoo)

Tampa Bay Vandals (Lots of piracy in Tampa Bay, i.e.- Buccaneers)

Nashville Majors (Nashville is the music city, and a drum major leads a marching band)

Calgary Chieftains (Alliteration)

Edmonton Rafters (Rapids also works, rafting competitions take place there)

Winnipeg Wings (Similar to Jets, alliteration)

Quebec Seals (I just think it sounds good)

St. John's Salukis (Saluki is a dog, and St. John's is in Labrador, alliteration)

Iqaluit Inuksuks (Alliteration, the Inuksuk was the logo for the Vancouver 2010 Olympics, a little creative)

You may want to consider expanding the international league. When you finish you're probably bored, and if there are four teams in a continent (South America) there won't be much demand there for dodgeball. Try a German division, Spanish division, etc. kinda like the UEFA.

Too bad the Cleveland Indians top affiliate is the Columbus Clippers...

For Copenhagen, they could be the Jarls.

That's what- She

I don't think that there was ANY DOUBT that Iqaluit would either be called the Inukshuks, or would feature one in their logo...I hope. I know WAYYYYYYYY too much about Nunavut...school projects.

So an inukshuk is like a structure of a human that is made out of stone

Yup. They're really cool and are found on Nunavut's flag (best state/province/territory flag in north america by FAR), where Iqaluit is the capital of. People up there use the Inukshuks for navigation as well.

Yep, straight from grade three... Remember Iqaluit and those two other cities?

Ah, Canadian geography, you guys with your rectangular, unpopulated provinces, blasphemy!

American states FTW. I can name the capital and most populated city (Although sometimes there's both) in every state, AND Puerto Rico (except their technically isn't a capital, because the US hypocritically neglects it's territories).

I'm pretty excited for Columbus, although I'm still mourning the loss of Richmond not getting a PDC team, I was pretty infatuated with what you could do with my hometown.

I like it, but what's Vegas gonna be now? I feel like if we had a gambling/casino-themed team it should be in Vegas not Biloxi, when I think of Biloxi I'd think of Hurricanes and fishing.

I don't disagree with you but I do have other intentions for Vegasand I love the way this alliteration sounds
Understandable. I'm sure you have a good plan for Vegas. Just like everything else here has turned out all right.

Buffalo Waterfalls (Or Niagaras)

Hartford Oaks (Charter Oak was a symbol of American Independence, from Connecticut)

Rhode Island Rebels (Alliteration)

New Jersey Nationals (Alliteration, one of the Colonies)

For one of the Scandinavian teams, you should use igloos or eskimos.

Speaking of which, how does Greenville get a team and Richmond (Rapids, [alliteration]) and Cincinnati (Riverboats, [from Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer]) get ousted?

Anyway, more names to come.

As far as I can tell, Greenville is South Carolina's team, unless I missed a team in Charleston on post 1 or something. Each US state and Canadian province/territory has at least 1 team.
