Coast2CoastAM2006 Posted August 4, 2013 Share Posted August 4, 2013 I'm ambivalent on this. I honestly really never payed much attention to the NFL Pro Bowl. Once the Super Bowl ended, I usually was more interested in watching the rest of the NHL season. My general feeling on the Pro Bowl was "oh, so and so made the PB? cool." But I never made much of a concerted effort to watch it. So this rule change isn't really going to do much to spark my interest in it. Now conversely with the NHL All Star game, from 96 to about 99 or 2000, I used to look forward to it. I used to tape the games on a VHS tape. It was neat seeing players from like the Wings, Hawks and Stars together playing. After the All Star game in LA, I think it was what 02? I kinda lost interest in it.
