Faux-Knit National / Olympic Hockey Sweaters...Want one? (also, new template)

There's been a few teams using faux-knit Christmas sweaters this year.

They're kinda fun, so I thought I'd try a few.

I used my wife's chunky-knit sweater as a template.(she's not chunky...the sweater is )

The large knit made detail almost impossible, but that factor added to the look, I think.

These are vector designs, so I think these could be sublimated, with sewn-on numbers and names.

That Coat of Arms was a tough one to pull off.

I put some reindeer (a popular knit sweater icon) on the sleeves.

This is just a short series, so Russia is the final one.

I've been a little critical of the Nike Sochi Hockey effort,

but I gotta say that their Russian design makes a real nice knit pattern for a winter sweater. ...Great.

Hi guys...here's a template that might work a little better for ya...

Just fill in the white stitches. It's like doing 8-bit art!
