MrAsterisk
And here I thought the Raiders were the NFL's answer to the Island Of Misfit Toys... Yes, but they have to be old, too. And it helps if they're injury-prone.
UnderDogX
Are you guys kidding? The Cowboys have always had big mouth players. Irvin, Haley, Deion to name a few recent ones...and those guys have a combined 9 SuperBowl rings! And that was with Switzer and Jimmy Johnson...Parcells can handle these players. The Cowboys can handle these players....They've made a vast improvement in the positions they needed the most (a goto receiver and a kicker who actually makes fieldgoals) Once they shore up their offensive line they will be a strong presence in the NFC. Yep, they have...But their QB is still Drew Bledsoe...That's why I don't think they have much of a chance. FANTASY TEAMSHousatonic U. UnderDogX
Although there is no doubt the Cowboys need a QB for the future, Bledsoe still has what it takes...He was ranked 11th in TD% and 8th in Yards as well as 17th in overall QB rating...all while getting sacked 50 times because of an unhealthy offensive line that lacked a center all year long...And he has one of the most accurate arms in the NFL...yeah he makes bad decisions when under pressure is at his best when he has time but that describes 85% of all NFL QB's...again, they do need someone for the future but should do fine next year with Bledsoe. BCBoy
WHAT!?!?!ESPN's breaking news is that NATE BURLESON signed with the Seahawks. The offer is a seven-year, $49 million deal with $5.25 million guaranteed and two hilarious poison pills guaranteeing the entire $49 million if he plays a certain number of games in the State of MinnesotaRight now, the Vikings recieving corpes looks like this: Williamson, Marcus Robinson, Travis Taylor and Koren Robinson. That is A LOT of money for a guy who hasn't had a really good season yet, although, with his potential, he may be able to earn it. The word is Minnesota WILL NOT match, so they'll recieve a 3rd round pick this year.
