  1. Zion's never played a full season hasn't he?
  2. Exactly. He'll probably transition into being a QB Coach immediately upon retiring and work his way up. He's not the only backup in the league that is much better in the film room than he is on the field. That's the reason guys like Kyle Allen, CJ Beathard, Nate Sudfeld, Nick Mullens, Brandon Allen, Brian Hoyer, Chase Daniel and Blaine Gabbert have all lasted as long as they did. It's also why Josh McCown lasted as long as he did in the NFL, which resulted in him now being the QB Coach for the Carolina Panthers (which is a much smarter move than if he had been the Texans Head Coach, as Jack Easterby had wanted him to be twice).
  3. He says that his goal is to help Jalen get better and he signed with the Eagles because he wants to win.
  4. Tim Boyle is one of the worst backup QBs in the league, but the reason he still gets jobs in the NFL as a backup is because he's apparently a fantastic study of game tape in the QB room.
  5. So he's not willing to be a backup for Mahomes?
  6. That's too bad. I agree with JaguarGator9 when he says that Ian Eagle is CBS' best NFL Play by Play man. I hope he becomes #1 for CBS when Nantz retires, but he's going to be stuck with Romo.
  7. This year's class for the Basketball Hall of Fame is stacked this year: Dwayne Wade, Dirk Nowitski, Pau Gasol, Tony Parker, Becky Hammon, Gregg Popovich
  8. So this is Jim Nantz last college basketball game for CBS. Is he going to come back to call NFL games with Tony Romo screaming in his ear like a maniac?
  9. People are saying that Angel Reese and Kaitlyn Clark are the future of the WNBA. I can see that with the way they played in the tournament.
  10. So glad to see that there was a baseball game that was in the 6th inning and it was like 2 hours had passed. It would normally be the 6th inning and 3.5 hours had passed (especially if it was the Rangers playing).
  11. If the Breakers were to find a home in 2024, it would probably be Yulman Stadium at Tulane.
  12. So this is going to lead to LeBron buying an NBA team and pushing said NBA team to draft his son Bronny so they can play together.
  13. A new broadcast deal is up next for the NBA and Warner Brothers Discovery has hinted that it may not need the NBA. I wonder if NBC has any interest in bringing back the NBA? Of course that would mean that the old school NBA fans will want the return of Roundball Rock, which has been used recently by AEW for The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega. And then once the NBA announces their new TV deals, I can see them announcing the return of the Seattle SuperSonics and a 32nd NBA team, which will probably be Las Vegas (because of course it will be, although they shouldn't get an NBA team....or an MLB team or an MLS team but they will probably end up with all three) although it should be "anybody but Las Vegas" but it likely won't be.
  14. This one is apparently not an April Fools Joke:
  15. The CBA was one of two things that the NBA had to finalize (Broadcast deal is the other one) before they can even consider expansion. The Broadcast deal might take a bit longer.
  16. Seahawks have obvious interest in Anthony Richardson. Them and the Lions are among the teams that don't need to be pressured to start him right away and if that happens, it might be a good thing for Richardson, as the talk is that he needs some major polishing up. Sitting behind Geno Smith or Jared Goff for a year would not be a bad thing for him, especially if both take a significant step backwards. Now Smith did technically sign a three year deal, but the people who cover the NFL say that it's really a one year deal. The Vikings fit into that category as well but they won't have a shot at Richardson unless they trade up.
  17. RG3 wants to join the Harris Group, so the Greek-Canadian dude would have to find someone else.
