If Vegas gets the A's, the city will write a 2,000 page book and send it to NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and to the other NBA owners as to why Las Vegas deserves an NBA team over anyone else once Seattle joins the league. It will go into detail as to why they deserve the 32nd NBA team over Mexico City, Louisville, Kansas City, Tampa (among others who may want to be #32 in the NBA once Seattle joins the NBA). Vegas will also bombard the voicemail of MLS Commissioner Don Garber about why they deserve to join MLS over San Diego, Phoenix, Indianapolis, Louisville, Albuquerque (among others). Las Vegas having major league sports in all five major sports leagues in the United States is inevitable, whether we like it or not. To me, Vegas should have been satisfied with the Golden Knights and then later on get an MLS team, but it seems to me that they became envious of places like Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco/Bay Area and they want to collect them all.

He might not be the last backup QB to retire this offseason. Quite a few older backups out there: Colt McCoy, Brian Hoyer, Blaine Gabbert, Josh Johnson, Joe Flacco, and Chase Daniel. If all of these guys retire, as well as Matt Ryan and Aaron Rodgers, it would make Andy Dalton the oldest QB in the league.

All the USFL did was modernize the old uniforms of the 80's, although they changed the Maulers to black and yellow this year (they need to make those jerseys though slightly different than the Steelers) and made the Showboats blue, yellow and white due to the fact that there was already too much red in the league, even though they were replacing the Tampa Bay Bandits, who had red. All the XFL had to do was to keep the logos and colors of the Renegades, Dragons, Battlehawks, Defenders and Roughnecks (with minor tweaks to the Roughnecks), but they didn't do that. They went too grandiose with it.

If he buys the Commanders, he's 3/4ths of the way of completing his collection of buying pro sports teams in the NFC East as well as Big 4 Major leagues. All he would need would be for the Texas Rangers to be for sale and he completes his collection.
