  1. I'm guessing most people have decided that this wordmark is for both teams since they don't change it for U0f Miami games. I'm surprised the bowl people didn't realize this. But seeing as some bowl games made no changes to their fields this year, it's not the worst field layout this year.
  2. https://www.instagram.com/p/CJW7H0zgqKl/?igshid=sfugk0y36kzp Ohio State going with the throwbacks vs Clemson.
  3. Myrtle Beach Bowl. North Texas and App State not wearing a bowl patch and the field is not changed, except for the correct Sun Belt logos now. I think we'll see this at a few bowls due to last second changes to some of the lineups.
  4. I wonder if Nike will do anything other than the diamond swoosh this year anyways. I just don't want to see Ohio State wear white pants.
  5. Liverpool: Scores 7 goals Manchester United: . . . Hold my beer. Where has this team been all year?!?!?!? Score is 6-2 at the moment but United just came charging out the gates after forgetting they had a game for the first 20 minutes on Thursday.
  6. The helmet stickers were almost invisible on TV and if I wasn't aware it was there I would have wondered why they didn't put decals on the helmets yesterday.
  7. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/55352368 Starting in January, teams can make substitutions for players suffering a concussion, even if you are out of subs.
  8. Teams opting out will limit some of these. UTSA has accepted two different invites, the Tropical Smoothie Bowl and First Responder Bowl. The first one was rescinded because SMU has Covid issues still.
  9. I actually enjoy it, but they need to make sure they get every player added. That's why you don't see it with the college football games, because that's 200+ people too have to add, unless the school sends you the photos to work with.
  10. Adidas does. The insane thing is they're called Miami Nights uniforms and they end up wearing them at noon. They look good, they just don't look like Miami Hurricane uniforms.
  11. Only if fans still aren't allowed. Otherwise it'll be in Philadelphia or Baltimore.
  12. Army Navy field. Glad they didn't just slap the game logos on the 25 and leave the rest of the field the same as usual.
  13. To be fair, there were teams called the Spartans that probably wore the USC helmet logo too.
  14. El Salvador had Covid cases as well. That's affecting the squad as well.
  15. https://www.instagram.com/p/CIl_sp4nFM_/?igshid=3rv1gxo08hi8 Frisco Fighters with a preview of the away uniforms. As nice as the blue helmets look, the rest of the uniform is a letdown.
  16. I like that look but a lot of folks want that stripe to end up on the cuff instead of the yoke.
  17. If UCLA insists on this, they can make it happen. The Vapor Fusion has a side seam that can help support the UCLA stripes. https://imgur.com/gallery/Fq7trl2
  18. Ohio State gets LeBron branded gear for football and basketball so Nike wasn't going to spite their nose when Michigan is still a big name even if they aren't making playoffs. As far as the biggest brand now though? That would be Ohio State since they have owned Michigan in football for the last two decades.
  19. Those haven't been used in years, I doubt they are available as PSD's.
  20. Apparently they already are placing PSG in the knockout rounds even though United has a superior goal difference. Why even play it? Had PSG lost they'd have a lower goal differential which is almost always the first decider. Was head to head a change this year? Even then United split with both sides.
  21. I think the Trojans would not want Jordan Brand, only because they are a blue blood in football. I'm actually surprised Arizona didn't get picked up by Jordan already.
  22. Kent State did this for their bowl game last year, taking two different helmets. Maybe in case the SEC did what the Big Ten did with Indiana vs Michigan with the USS Indiana uniforms? Blue helmets at practice Yellow lids at game time.
  23. adidas overpays but can eat the costs. Under Armour tried that with less teams and it's biting them on the backsides. I hope Navy moves back to Nike, but I'd love to see Russell or Champion make a bid to get back in the game.
  24. It would make sense since Jordan is looking to have a team in each big conference.
  25. How many locker rooms carry extra pants after they lay out uniforms? Extra jerseys I'd understand due to blood.
