  1. Yes, they can play in 20-21 qualifying matches. England could be completely out of Europe if Manchester United lose today. I'd expect them to roll out their best team though, even though they're already in Champions League.
  2. The window is open until October this year but players can be added now, however they can't be used in Champions/Europa League because they are this past season's competition. Manchester United and Manchester City will also be allowed 30 days from the last game of the 19/20 season that they play to start playing the 20-21 EPL season. The EPL has also decided to keep future windows open until September 1st, putting them back in line with the rest of the world.
  3. With today being the day the 2020-2021 EPL Season would have started originally, I figure it's a good time to start the new thread. Speaking of which, Manchester United will wear their new black uniform tomorrow vs Sevilla, even though wearing their primary kit didn't technically clash with Sevilla's
  4. My Browns Denz Ward jersey is completely sublimated, but at least it looks like it wasn't assembled 5 minutes before it shipped.
  5. It's Prime Block with random notches. I'm not sure what non-adidas font is close to it but I know there's one out there.
  6. Would be better as the alternate. Like Magic said, they should have kept using the shoulder stripes.
  7. I think the lack of spring games hurt presentation timelines this year. You'd also have recruits slipping up and taking pictures of new gear. Schools have gotten better at delaying the chances of leaks.
  8. Less than 50% of schools at FBS are still planning to play this fall. Sun Belt teams are taking their lead from the SEC. I almost want to see a fall and spring season happen. I'd love to see the CFP try figuring out what to do.
  9. I'd look at the old WLAF schedule. Games started in mid-March and the season ended in June. So if you push the start up to mid-February, play 10 weeks with no byes, you'd have the regular season end on April 10th, conference championships the 17th, two weeks for bowl games spread across the tow weeks. The semi-finals would be played May 8th, and the championship on May 15th or 17th, depending on what they decide to do. That gives basketball March Madness, which would probably move from Thursday-Sunday to Monday- Thursday. Baseball would have June as it usually does. The actual winner in this could be the XFL which could sit out until 2022 and figure out how to make a better spring product by watching how college football does. Every level will be playing so there's a lot of data to crunch. For most schools, they'll end their season at the same time they normally would for spring football. The rest would be adding up to an extra month of football. The real question is if the NFL would consider moving the draft into that space between the semi-fiinals and the championship, similar to what the WNBA did with their drafts in previous years.
  10. This is Fresno State though. They've always had a generic look, besides the side panels with Nike. This last one isn't generic per se, but it was straight from the Nike catalog as opposed to having a bespoken set for themselves. And chrome doesn't really fit them either.
  11. Starter or Phenom Elite are the only other ones I can recall making uniforms for upper level teams. Champion and Wilson as well as Riddell still make uniforms but that stops at high school. I think Phenom is making uniforms for Maine. https://images.app.goo.gl/8UNTSfupozCJXjBc7
  12. The current numbers with that design would have been better.
  13. Is there another view of bold blue in different lighting? I thought it was anthracite for a minute. I can see the blue shading in there but it still looks closer to grey than anything I'd consider as bold blue. This shoe color is bold blue but it doesn't look the same on that uniform.
  14. I think that it's a fan jersey since the numbers are standard block rather than Georgia's team specific number font.
  15. This popped up in my Instagram feed yesterday. I'm guessing someone is buying up the IP. Columbus was supposed to announce a new name but that's now been delayed.
  16. I guess the ACC logo would replace the NC logo.
  17. Yes. Back in the 1990's when Ronald Curry was QB.
  18. If this wasn't already on the helmet I would think this replaces the Wisconsin state outline.
  19. Why even bother having a logo on the helmet?
  20. But lately it's been less of a conversation than a shouting contest.
  21. Since it's the W inside the crest that looks like a signet ring, how often do we expect this to show up anywhere outside of football, hockey or field hockey? It's a nice gesture and maybe it starts a conversation.
  22. I think this works better than the original. Look at Dynamo Dresden if you want inspiration for how to enclose the B instead of leaving it in the open.
