It never Happened, But what if it did In 1996 they go for a black helmet and the Jolly Roger skull from the 1997 logo And In 2014, a complete overhaul, New logo, new helmet, new jerseys, and a new font In 1998 Orlando came close to getting an MLB Team, But Tampa Bay was chosen over them. What if they took the Rays .Sun Rays was a proposed name in 1993. but I'll take the sting ray theme instead due to it being more intimidating there was an Orlando rays minor league team, so this is going to help In 2008, Same color scheme, new logo set There you have it! 5 teams in Orlando including Orlando City and the Solar Bears Loving this idea! Orlando everything!
coco1997
The Orlando Rays look good, but I'm not a fan of your use of black. I don't think there's enough contrast with the green.

Detroit never drops the Spartan Nickname but still keep Honolulu blue and silver because the Vikings will eventually take the scheme. In 1990 the logo is changed to a Spartan Helmet Following a disaster 2008 season, the logo is given more detail. I loosely based it off their current uniforms from now on, I want to do this city by city.
DnBronc
What if there is no USFL in the 80's? The NFL could have had these cities have teams that start play in 1986: 1. Phoenix: They had a group that formed in 1984. They were going to call the team the Firebirds. Thomas Stoen would have been the owner, and ex-Packer legend Bart Starr was going to be the HC. 2. Indianapolis: In an alternate world, they don't find out about the eminent domain case from the state, so the team is seized before they can leave town. That finally gets Pete Rozelle's attention, and a compromise is worked out. The Irsay's get an expansion team in Indy, and the Colts get to stay in Baltimore. Jacobseye
Here is a fact. The founder of the Atlanta Falcons was a graduate of The University of Georgia, which explain why the teams colors are red and black. What if he went to Georgia Tech? The color scheme would obviously be different. Starting In 1966, the the helmet is white, Numbers and pants are dark grey. And Jersey is gold In 2004,Blue is incorporated and the brand is given a huge makeover/upgrade

Uglybus
What if Oklahoma City got an NHL expansion team in the 90s? It would mean that the Thunder don't go to Oklahoma City, so that's 2 sports in 1 question. "Okay, Mr. OKC, you obviously have never been to Louisville." DeezNuts
Here's something, what if the CFL's Atlantic Schooners become an expansion team in 1984? What if they didn't fold?
DeezNuts
Also what if the Blues moved to Saskatoon? What if the Saints moved to San Antonio in 2006? What if the Lakers stayed in Minnesota? What if the Colts stayed in Baltimore? Would the Browns move or would another expansion team by founded in 2002?

DeezNuts
I have an idea for the origin of this team: The Flames never leave Atlanta so the Thrashers are replaced with the Cowboys in 1999 Also the second Winnipeg Jets don't exist in this timeline
PackMan
Love it. Makes me wonder if OKC could become a 4-team (or 5-team if MLS is included) city. The Cowboys could have been an option for Winnipeg's relocation.

If OKC revived an NHL team, then the group of investors wouldn't have needed to exist. The Sonics would have to sell their team to someone like in real life, and the other group looking to buy the team would've moved them to San Jose. Would they still be the sonics, or would they have changed names? On to the concept, I don't think Cowboys would work because Oklahoma State is right there. The colors are great, though. 2 hours ago, PackMan said: Love it. Makes me wonder if OKC could become a 4-team (or 5-team if MLS is included) city. The Cowboys could have been an option for Winnipeg's relocation. OKC would never be able to hold 5 teams. We are way to small of a city to be able to hold that many franchises. The only league I can see coming to the city would be the MLS. "Okay, Mr. OKC, you obviously have never been to Louisville."
