But this situation where you can just scrap an entire movie because of an arcane loophole in the tax code where if you buy a movie studio you can get a writeoff for cancelling a production is disgraceful to everyone who worked on it. NPR was talking about Zaslav and his rampant cost-cutting yesterday morning. The guest called him "an East Coast guy, who has, shall we say, a reverence for old Hollywood." First of all, go tell 4chan a new code word for "Jew" just dropped. Second, if this guy has such a reverence for Hollywood, why has he done nothing but fire longtime entertainment executives and delete content?
