Discrim
i know i'd heard about why he changed it, and IIRC he wore it for the one game he played with the Hawks, but I plum forgot why he changed back from 30 to 36. TLChandler
I can't recall fully but what I think happened was Detroit originally gave Rasheed Wallace 30 without asking because they thought it would be the number he picked. When the team started this year he wanted to go with his original choice, 36, he could go with because everyone was issued new jersies.
CJR
I think it was something to honor his brother or something like that. FantasyHockeySim.com || DetroitHockey.Net || DetroitHockey.Net FHL || cjr.dev
dfwabel
I think it was something to honor his brother or something like that. Rasheed's brother committed suicide. He was 36 years old. When Rasheed was traded to Atlanta by Portland he switched to No. 36 in honor of his brother.
