bhambruiser
more proof that golf is not a sport....but congrats to the guy nonetheless it is certainly a difficult thing to do
Cujo
Good for him but it's called luck, my friend. If getting a hole-in-one was an actual skill, Tiger would be hitting them in a weekly basis.
tajmccall
Lucky, Skilled, who cares. Its a miraculous feat. How many of you guys who are able-bodied have hit one?
sp0rtsguy13
I think its almost all luck, but you definetly need some skill to come close and then hope you got a good roll in.However, this summer I was at a golf camp and a kid in my group one day hit a hole in one and hes only 12. He was one of the better golfers at the camp though and only the second in the camps 7 or so year history someone got a hole in one. Its a 9 hole par three course. All the holes are short models of holes from big time courses such as Augusta National and Pebble Beach.

CJR
However, this summer I was at a golf camp and a kid in my group one day hit a hole in one and hes only 12. That's nothing, I hit mine when I was 11.
Natsfan36
keep in mind that the hole could have been really short, like a 100 yarder. my friend hit one when he was 12 also. but it was only like a 75 yard hole.

Well, judging by what was written in the article, this was a 140-yards hole.
