boardname Posted September 19, 2005 Share Posted September 19, 2005 I can't remember the Giants EVER wearing white at home*.*home meaning where they are the home team, not when they are in their home stadium, because they play "at" the Jets quite often at Giants Stadium, just like they are "at" the Saints tonight. getyourdad Posted September 21, 2005 Share Posted September 21, 2005 Yes, during the Cowboys' heyday of the 1970s and early 1980s NFC East teams would sometimes don white at home so the Cowboys would be forced to wear blue. Another example: Eagles wore white at home vs. Cowboys in 1980 NFC championship.
