Worst Uniforms Ever?

While the all-mustard look is indeed hideous, the jersey with maroon pants would have been pretty cool.

No matter what you say about the jersey though, I'm diggin' that helmet.

The picture would have been better if they were playing a team outfitted entirely in the corresponding "avocado" green. We could have finally had a victor in the 1970s kitchen styling battle for supremacy.

Anyway...

I think the long gone Madison Monsters of the Colonial Hockey League win any worst uniforms contest, easily:

- insanely bad away jersey http://www.hockeyjimm.com/jerseys/UHL_CoHL/MAD31R.htm

- the only slightly less horrendous home jersey http://www.hockeyjimm.com/jerseys/UHL_CoHL/MAD17H.htm

I'm with Cole on this'n. I like these uniforms a lot. I made a Georgia Tech concept in colors almost like these(obviously, I didn't use maroon, I'm talking about the yellow).

I think Final Sun might have the answer though. I remember seeing those in a catalog back in the day. They're just disgusting.

There's no part of the Madison (or, according to the crest, "Mad City") Monsters' jerseys that doesn't hurt me.

Anyone know if there were matching pinstriped socks?

For all the bird de lis haters I think the bird de lis isnt supposed to be a pelican and a fleur de lis I think its just a fleur de lis with a pelicans head. Thats what it looks like to me. Also the flair around the tip of the beak is just flair that fleur de lis have sometimes source I am from NOLA.
