footballfiji
LSU's getting another one...besides, even as a AUburn fan I have to admit, Mike was pretty cool. Not as cool as having an eagle circle the stadium to whip the crowd into a frenzy.but still cool. Thad
IIRC, Mike was in a little set up near the track back in the mid-90s when I saw him. It was a pretty cool sight, and I'll never forget what my brother (who was about three at the time) asked right when we saw him:"Where does Alabama keep Big Al? And I thought Tigers were purple and and yellow" Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% about how you react to it.App State Mountaineers / Alabama Crimson Tide / Atlanta Braves / New York Jets / Atlanta Hawks "If you believe in yourself and have dedication and pride - and never quit, you'll be a winner. Hauglid13
That was a sad thing to read about Mike, and at such a early age too. 17 years old it's a shame that he had to die from that condition. It's too bad to hear that both the Tarheels and LSU mascot both had to die within the past year. May both of them rest in peace.
