Joshawaggie
I now see that the WCHA logo and CHA logo are from last year, but they are on this years brackets on USCHO.com, so it might be the same anyways. @josh_j12 CFA- Fargo Bobcats
Joshawaggie
ok, here are the current WCHA Final Five logos, one with the Red Baron sponsor, and the other must be the 'regular' one. @josh_j12 CFA- Fargo Bobcats
schlim
I loved the original logo when BOston had the 99 or so finals, they used the minuteman and hockey player, it looked great, this one looks less like a log and more like a banner

-kj
ok, here are the current WCHA Final Five logos, one with the Red Baron sponsor, and the other must be the 'regular' one. Actually, I believe the second one is the women's tournament, given that it lists Ridder Arena as the location. Buy some t-shirts and stuff at KJ Shop! IronChefShark
speaking of which, I remember several years back watching a Frozen Four held in St Paul before the Wild and Xcel Energy Center came along. The building they were playing in had a rink with transparent dasher boards! It was funky and cool at the same time. gosioux76
Most likely it was the St. Paul Civic Center.
spyboy1
Most likely it was the St. Paul Civic Center. It sure was. They had the clear boards starting with the Fighting Saints of the WHA up until two things happened. They got old and needed to be replaced and dasher advertising came into normal use. The clear boards didn't make much sense if you covered them with ads so they went with the regular boards. This was in the mid 90's, because I believe the Moose played with regular boards.JeffB Click here to read Third String Goalie - The Hockey Jersey of the Day Blog Click here to see my hockey and baseball jersey collection online ?You don?t like to see 20 kids punching 20 other kids.
