TFoA Posted May 14, 2009 Share Posted May 14, 2009 Pittsburgh was definitely the better team; Crosby showed just how special he can be, the rest of Pittsburgh played disciplined as hell, and it never really seemed like the Penguins were rattled at anytime during this series (except for losing that Game 6 in OT at home, and the whole "Wahhh, they're throwing hats on the ice, wahhhh" moment. ) Pittsburgh was the better team, they deserve to advance, maybe even back to the SCF.I think I've found a second/alternate favorite team in the Caps, though. They play an entertaining (also stupid at times ) brand of hockey, they have my favorite player in the game (Ovechkin), their fans are nuts, Donald Brashear is the heavyweight champion of the world, and most of all, they are wont to failure in the playoffs.
