spyboy1
Nice work and a real money saver. I did that with a Hartford Whalers jersey just to see how cheaply it could be done, It's a real CCM jersey with probably a nicer crest than would come with from the factory. I just may have to do the same thing that you did to fill that gap in my Wild collection. chakfu
In this scenario, I don't even see why it would be considered homemade or even vaguely counterfeit, even if it were sold - it just sounds like a completely legitimate jersey that has been customized. Even if it were sold on ebay, isn't it just authentic/legitimate products (jersey, patches) that have been sewn together?
BBTV
Well the finished jersey isn't an officially licensed product for one thing. The components may be licensed (though I'd question some) but still, the jersey isn't. Also, if you sell an "authentic RBK jersey", you're implying to the seller that the jersey conforms to RBK's quality-control standards (OK, stop laughing) as far as things like quality of stitching on the crest, etc. A homemade jersey has no such standards, and you're not really giving the buyer what they expected if you weren't up front about what it is. crashcarson15
Well, I'd say you're giving the buyer a better product out of the deal.
