Phil Posted April 12, 2004 Share Posted April 12, 2004 Does it bother anyone that the 'Mountie' isn't 'mounted?' kinda looks like a 'Standie' right now LOL... I think something like the old KC Scouts logo with a Mountie wouldn't look that bad... personally, I think the mountie can stand alone without the maple leaf if done right. It's enough of a Canadian symbol that the leaf isn't necessary. Also, some gold in the buttons might not look bad (especially the button on his neck). I think I'd also prefer the M and the S not be connected, but leave "Saskatchewan" printed in that space.Very nice Nitro.Saskatchewan mounties is especially fitting, seeing as the force was created to squelch Louis Riel's second rebellion, coming to a climactic end at Batoche, Saskatchewan.
